Grand'Ourse is one of the most famous patterns of Ikatee, and that is no coincidence.
From the same pattern, you can make a cardigan, a jacket, a raincoat, or a bathrobe for your baby or toddler. In two lengths, with or without a hood. Do you want ears? Two types are included: a rabbit and a bear.
You can line the garment or simply hem it. The former makes a warm jacket for winter, the latter a light cardigan for summer.
What you will master: attaching piping, fitting a lining, attaching raglan sleeves and a hood, and incorporating decorative ears.
Which fabric do you need: woven fabric such as thin denim, corduroy, or flannel, or coated fabric for the raincoat version. Knit fabric also works: jersey, fleece, terry cloth, or teddy for something soft. Piping if you choose the piped version.
Sizes: 6, 12, 18 and 24 months, 3 and 4 years
Difficulty level: easy
Language: the pattern and the explanation are in French and English
