Clara is a sewing pattern & tutorial for a culotte and a short.

It is a wide culotte or short with four pleats in the front, pockets in the side seam and ribbons in the waist. The KIDS pattern goes up to and including 14 years. For girls who already have rounder shapes, there is the LADIES version from XS to L.
